Returns & Refunds DRAFT

7-day replacement: if the sticker arrives damaged/wrong, or is unused and unopened, write to support@rakshakcode.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (COD orders: bank/UPI transfer). Once a sticker is applied/activated it cannot be returned.

Privacy DRAFT

Scanners never see the owner's phone number; calls and messages are masked via our encrypted servers. We collect only what is needed to run the service (name, phone, vehicle number, emergency contacts, delivery address), never sell it, and you can request deletion via support@rakshakcode.com.
